I bought this to travel with me and use during SXSW so I don't have to haul around my much heavier and more expensive primary laptop. Unfortunately, Covid-19 killed SXSW and all the reasons I would use it since purchase. As it happens, my daughter lost her job and needed a working laptop so she's currently using it. I do hope to get it back as I really like that this is a fully powered laptop with Win 10 pro, 128G SSD, and 8G of ram. For the price of a Chromebook (and the weight too), I can run Photoshop, and pretty much anything I'd do on my big one - just not all at once! This unit looked like it was brand new. ... show more

This laptop has the worst quality screen I have ever seen in any laptop in the past 25 years. The viewing angles are straight out of 1996. I would spend an extra $100 for something else.

I was hesitant about buying a used laptop. My worst fear came true when the laptop stopped working after a few months. Now I have to wait forever for a refund. Amazon customer service is useless for resolving the issue with third parties sellers.
