I bought this pc for basic tasks. I use it to test my software and to watch videos on break at work. The rest I do on my high spec gaming computers. Pros: -It is a 64bit pc, not a 32bit. Dell is a great brand of laptops but the main issues with this one was that the bios could not update. Once it was able to update the whole system crash and only went for the bios screen and would not boot the operating system.

Get one with more memory right off the bat. Computer works fine but upgrades and software updates take up memory and storage space.

Would it be too much to ask if they could list any problems the laptop might have? I spent nearly 2 hours trying to get it to connect to WiFi. I knew the password was correct. I even called Verizon tech support. Finally., I typed in the password and hit the show button. The “s” key, while functional, is a bit ornery. You have to hit it softly but deliberately in the right place. That would have been good to know before starting. ... show more

This gift is going to make a little boy very happy! Because of issues, he was on the verge of not believing in Santa and challenged Santa to get him a laptop if he were real. Out of desperation, I ordered a refurbished one from these guys and it's great! It works well, was easy to set up, and at the same time, my sister ordered a refurbished Apple tablet for us. It is obsolete and can't be updated. I love windows cause even if you have older windows versions, that you can update and that "play well with others." I've never had or used a Dell that I was disappointed in either! I'm so happy that, for an incredible price, I was able to make that little boy's dreams come true and restore his faith in Santa! I bought this laptop because I needed a windows laptop to do some work on. Anyways, it works at a good speed, it came almost completely brand new looking. I didn’t read the measurements beforehand so I didn’t know I was getting a tiny laptop but I don’t mind. It does everything I needed it to do and I’m happy because I bought another used windows Lenovo laptop and it literally blew. It flashed and blew out and doesn’t work anymore. The laptop came in a non-working condition, with a non-compatible cord. As soon as I turned it on, the screen warned that the cord was not compatible and the laptop was not charging; nor could it be charged. The device had a few other fatal flaws, which I am sorry I didn't document, but I was in a hurry to box it up and return it.
