    • Love it
Capacity: 3190 2-in-1 128GB/8GB
I think it's a great product for the price. I purchased the item to store and record my love of poetry. Easy set and I'm a fan of Dell product refurbished or new. Only minor issue is that the "shift" key get stuck which is fine because I just use the other one. For the price it's good.

    • Came Damaged. Very Hard to Use For Those Who Type Fast
Capacity: 3190 2-in-1 128GB/8GB
Con: Whenever the screen is dark, you can see a stain or some kind of damage in the middle. I once encountered an issue where the screen kept turning off & on. It went away when I restarted it but I am a scared it's going to happen again. Some of the keys do not work well. I have to press the O key & N key really hard to make it work. I was going to get it fixed, but because it has so many issues from the outside, getting it fixed may be expensive as external damage indicates damage is worsed from the inside. In my opinion, the Refurbished-Excellent laptop is not well refurbished. I don't think it warrants a Refurbished-Fair rating because this laptop is not usable with so many issues regarding typing. I type 60 WPM & I feel stuck all the time with homework & the flaw ruins my synergy for studying. I'll probably send it back this week whenever I can find time. Pro: I love its size, it's really cool! Weight is very light. Speed is really good for its size with an 8gb RAM. No issue with wifi. Really sucks it has so much physical damage though. I'm actually surprised it didn't come with foam or bubble wrap to protect it while in transit. I'll make sure to properly protect the computer when I ship it back for its return. ... show more

    • Great, rugged machine, looks new
Capacity: 3190 2-in-1 128GB/8GB
This is a great machine. I use it in a marine environment to program electronics and as a secondary chart plotter, by connecting it to a GPS cube. It has been well worth the money and has provided this MAC user with an easy path, to experience Windows 11.

    • Good deal
Capacity: 3190 2-in-1 128GB/8GB
Well functioning laptop, fast boot up time and processing, a couple of keys are kinda sticky. Charges fast. But other than that, it’s a good deal! Very compact laptop, pretty much the size of a notebook.

    • Definitely not excellent condition. Still a good little laptop.
Capacity: 3190 2-in-1 128GB/8GB
Review Image by Josh Sherwood
"Excellent" condition is only due to a poorly applied skin to cover how scratched up it is. The skin they used smells pretty bad so I went ahead and peeled it off since it's already peeling anyway after less than a month. Laptop is fine, it just feels very shady to try to cover the laptop with a skin and call it excellent condition. Photo is immediately after peeling the skin. ... show more

    • Product review for used Dell 3190
Capacity: 3190 2-in-1 128GB/8GB
Laptop arrived nicely packed and in great condition. The charger was in excellent shape with no obvious wear or scratches. The laptop itself is in excellent condition as well. Bright screen with no screen burn. All the keys were clean and in place with bright characters like new. Battery life was about 6 hours of continuous screen on time and Google searching over WiFi. The windows OS is clean and needs setup like a new unit would need. Case condition is excellent. No scratches what so ever. I highly recommend this seller and item. ... show more

    • Arrived Broken and Unusable.
Capacity: 3190 2-in-1 128GB/8GB
Actually NO stars. I ordered this unit to take on some trips - I wanted a durable small lightweight laptop that I didn't need to worry about. It said that it was in "excellent condition. When it arrived I took it out and plugged in the power cord. Within a few minutes the screen came on - but it was flashing on and off and only half showing. That was the first problem. Then I tried to type - several of the keys were stuck and inoperable. Within 1 hour of receiving the unit, I started my return with Amazon. I boxed it up and took it to UPS with a few days. I asked for replacement unit because I thought that the next one would likely be better... NOT - see that other review too. It came damaged and unusable. I give up. Not sure what I will do now, but obviously these refurbished units (even with a good rating) are not worth buying at all. ... show more
