I bought this laptop a couple of months ago and it won't power up and this is the second one that's done this to me. It's very aggravating that they just get out of warranty past 30 days and then they lock up or won't come on... Piece of crap. Grrr

Laptop works well. So far have just been using it for office apps and vehicle obd2 programming. Have had 0 issues thus far. Battery life is good. Item looks brand new.

I ordered a laptop for my grandson to start home school and when we got it he plugged it up to charge the laptop , this was a week ago and today is the 1st of April and the laptop still won't charge.i had to go to Walmart to buy a new laptop.

The product arrived in a lightweight USPS box, loosely packed in a bubble-wrap sleeve. There was no power cord! Screws were loose on the laptop. When I turned it on I started the setup process, connected to my wifi, and then it wanted login credentials for a public school network, which obviously I didn't have and there was no way to get past that.
