Very pleased with this purchase! I work on my laptop and my old one recently broke and so I bought this hoping it would be a decent replacement. This one is SO much better than my old laptop, the quality is fantastic, it’s sturdy and heavy duty but not super heavy at the same time. The picture is crisp, the touchscreen works great and the keyboard is perfect. There was a small scuff on the outside of the laptop but it doesn’t bother me at all, if anything I can just put a sticker over it. I will definitely keep this store in mind for future purchases!

Thankfully my son was available to install this Del but he found it easy to work with. We had to purchase an inexpensive adapter to use when loading digital pictures from our digital camera but the attachments works fine. I am not sure how other customers might install this computer but my son was able to transfer nearly 98 percent of my files from another computer into this compact Del laptop, including many of my passwords! Although I did not think the touch screen would impress me, I have grown into really liking it because it is the best way to readjust the screen size. For some mysterious reason, the battery icon on the start ribbon disappeared. Consequently I have to go into settings to find out how much batter life is remaining; but I have at least 5 hours of battery was able to set an alarm when the battery reaches 20 percent. Overall, this compact laptop is a good investment. My son also downloaded the Microsoft office from Amazon. Thank God for sons!

Nice and clean, looked promising. there were multiple prior wi-fi log ons, so it had been used. Letter "O" and left click on keypad non-functional. Worse, even simple tasks like web surfing news sites would trigger Windows error messages("mode exception not handled" "unexpected kernel mode trap", etc and system would reboot). I called service # enclosed and left a message, but there was no call back. After 24 hours, I called again, and again left a message. An hour later, still no response. I'm not satisfied, so I'm boxing it up.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Amazing for the price. Pretty small and comes apart at the seams after a while, but it’s perfect for a first time laptop especially during school. I run games like Minecraft and some RPGs and it generally goes pretty well.

I picked this up because I needed to do some work with my car and needed a windows computer for the software. This fit the bill. It's all solid state and has decent specs. You aren't gaming on it, but if you need an inexpensive laptop for shop or utility use, it's hard to beat for the price. It did what it needed to do. My only real complaint is the battery seems a bit short lived even on power saver mode. However, as long as I'm aware of that and there's a plug reasonably close to charge after a couple hours, it's fine. Being a refurb, your milage might vary, but all in all I have no issues.

It's a refurbished. That's o k, I'm down with it. But the charger would not charge the laptop. When I contact and customer service. They told me to send it back, and they could send me out another one or buy a new charger. Like wow, OK so I did. and then after I got it charged. It don't hold a charge long. I think it needs a new battery. Then finally getting to use it as some of the key stick on it. That r Having To deal with that kind of crazy mess. I find it Insane to be told What I was told. For it to be handled the way that it was handled, I find it inappropriate and Not satisfied with seller and the outcome. But all and all, I like the laptop. It's just what I needed. It's a great 2 and 1 tablet laptop, small, portable. It downloads and performs very well other than being slow because of the battery and it doesn't hold a charge long, It's great, nice price other than dealing with the BS...
