This laptop was handed to me by the carrier. It is well made and, after researching Dell laptops, is a good value for the money. This laptop has more storage than what they offer for the same laptop on the Dell website. I am not sure how that worked out. Most laptops only have about 512 GB, but this one has 2 TB. The set up was easy and my daughter did most of it on her own. I highly recommend this laptop. It's a lot for the money. (Works great, too!) ... show more

Very nice laptop. In my case it worked only for one day. Afterwards it didn't turn on again. To complete, when trying to return the $1000 laptop, I have to pay shipping from Colombia, $300. If you buy this equipment and it is damaged (which is very possible), no one will respond to you, you will have to take care of the shipping, waste time and energy. This is an offer that looks good, but the quality of the equipment they offer is third-rate. Don't trust this provider, if something goes wrong, they won't help you. ... show more

Turns out the computer would not work with my widescreen LG monitor. They put me thru 3 days of hoops and finally told me that I would have to live with it .
