    • 2 Drives Problem
The problem is they give you 2 drives. A small C drive, and the large D drive. But you cannot activate the D drive, so your C drive is full almost immediately. You have to take it to a computer tech to get this fixed, and pay a great deal more. Just set it up on one drive. I couldn't merge the drives. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It crashes constantly and I usually reset it for it to function again, however having to deal with that is a hassle. Also, it says it comes with 2 drives but you can only use the smaller one, which it fills up quickly. It does get me through school day to day but those two problems are annoying. ... show more

Hinge broke, computer can no longer be opened without breaking the screen. Apparently this is a common problem for this Dell. And it's only 4 months old.
