Do not buy from dell. My computer crashed (blue screen) in less than a year. Nothing I tried or Dell online support told me to do fixed it and they wouldn’t tell me where to bring it so a professional could look at it. I found a place on my own and once they looked at it Dell told them I had replaced the hard drive myself causing the computer to crash and they wouldn’t replace it. I know nothing about hard drives to replace it myself? Dell is unhelpful and doesn’t want to pay to fix their horrible technology. ... show more

Amazing laptop. I have tried other brands of laptops, but have had terrible experiences. My Dell laptops, on average, last about 9-10 years before they begin to get slow. I will never purchase another brand.
