Very easy set up, works as intended. The case is plastic, unlike the older model I replaced, so I would imagine it’s not as durable but the upside of that is it’s much lighter. I’m pleased at the product for the price point.

I spent 3.5 hours trying to get this laptop started up with no luck. I sent thru the initial setup and it then said in needed to update Windows. It then took about 15 minutes to presumably download updates then went thru installinig updates. After about 20-25 minutes it came up with an error message and said it needed to restart, so it did. I ended up right back where I started from originally. I repeated the whole process a few times hoping something different might happen but it didn't. I think there is a definite software flaw in the Windows that was pre-installed on this particular Inspiron 15. I need a computer for work ASAP, so I have no choice but to return it and go to a local store to buy one that actually works. ... show more
