    • USB-C Port is data transfer only. Incompatible with DisplayPort or display expansion technologies.
While the computer is very good, it was not built to be the best it could. Initially, the AMD video display is weak (it was once excellent but is no longer), and the AMD drivers are extremely limited. But the major problem with this computer is that the USB-C port is obsolete and does not support DisplayPort, which means you cannot extend to additional displays when using a docking station. Some people may be happy with a DisplayPort extension capable of adding ONE extra display, but if you need more than that (as I do), forget it; nothing will work because the equipment itself is built with the cheapest solution, which means many underlying but essential features are simply absent, and standard equipment (like a docking station), which is fully functional for any other computer, may not find compatibility with this one. While most people won't notice the difference, professional users will eventually face limitations due to the absence of important technologies, making this computer suitable only for basic consumers and rendering it completely inadequate for those with semi-advanced needs or anyone in the professional sphere. Don't let the 64GB RAM and 2TB HDD deceive you; they are just superficial features that conceal the absence of really essential technologies. Manufacturers should be ashamed for removing features that could have made this one of the best computers on the market. ... show more

    • Cooling system does not cool
After a month, the laptop would get really hot and the fan would turn on very very LOUDLY, and lock the monitor and the mouse... four times in a week! The cooling system on this machine has serious issues. After the fan got quiet, I'd reboot and it would work fine. Then this morning, it wouldn't even power on.
