The laptop arrived with a defective battery that would not charge and reported no battery. We left it plugged in overnight with the charger provided with the laptop, but still no luck. I returned mine because it was overheating too fast and the company charged me a restocking fee of $119. I politely emailed them and they instantly replied and refused the fee. Would recommend solely off good service.
