Would have been a really good deal but ours had some issues and had to return. Dell support was quick and tried to resolve but something was wrong. Amazon and supplier returned with no problem. We are happy with Amazon and Dell products.

The design is a little flimsy compared to Lenovo and the battery life is horrible. But other than that it does exactly what you'd expect. I'm not unhappy but a little disappointed. Overall it's a really good laptop.

I wasn’t sure how much I would use the 15’6 Fhd touch screen, but now I can’t imagine working without it. The screen is sharp,bright and so responsive-it makes presentations and even streaming movies a lot more enjoyable. The fact that it also comes with Windows 11 pro and Copilot Ai is a huge bonus. Had to contact Dell support. Every other website I try to go to says that it took too long. I gave Dell support permission to get onto my computer remotely. Of course, the website they needed to get to said it took too long to get to it, so it didn’t upload. Dell support says it’s a software problem and that they will connect me to the correct place and it will cost me $99. This really upset me. New computer. Can’t consistently connect to websites. Did they send it to me with defective software? If they did, then it shouldn’t cost me $99. I am fed up with this computer. Worthless. I can’t even get to Microsoft Word, because it too times out and won’t connect. I am not sure what to do now. Perhaps I can use it as a boat anchor on Lake Lanier. Because otherwise it is completely worthless to me. ... show more

HORRIBLE experience! Purchased brand new for the new school year and immediately the entire middle row of keys did not work. Updated drivers and all the other tedious updates suggested as the problems, as shipping back was not immediately possible. Now the item is outside the return date, I've had to purchase a new laptop altogether and stuck wasting more time trying to figure who to contact and what to do next with a brand new LEMON and the 100 dollar "protection" plan. ... show more
