I purchased the Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop in March 2024. I liked this computer and used it very day. One day the laptop lid was frozen in place and would not open. I contacted Dell and they were great. My laptop was fixed and returned to me quickly. The problem? Dell informed me that I am not the registered owner! I was shocked. Even after sending Dell my Amazon receipt and invoice I have not been able to register my laptop in my name. So I contacted ALPACATEC(we record serial numbers) about my laptop being registered in a stranger's name. They will not answer the question! BUYER BEWARE of this seller!
