The media could not be loaded. So I bought this computer on March 9th. And started using it only about 15 days ago. Everything was working well until all of the sudden today it wouldn't start the system. It keeps on giving me the blue screen with the sad face. I saw all the tutorials and internet trust me I try them. Call the Dell support system and no answer. Finally after getting into the chat system someone was able to help me. I spend about 90 minutes or 2 hours in the chat and tried different things and nothing work. I am so disappointed of this product and very mad because it's taking a lot of time and I don't even know if it's going to be possible to fix this. It's a pretty expensive computer as you can see I wasn't expecting that it will fail in the first month of use. Horrible thing I don't know if it's window or if it's still dell. But definitely having a very bad experience with this product ... show more

La maquina es espectacular. Tiene muchas caracteristicas que la hacen una laptop de alto desempeño pero iniciaré mencionando que el procesodar i7 de 11a generación es muy potente y esto combinado con los 12 GB de RAM entregan un desempeño superior. Yo utilizo una aplicación para producción de audio profesional y en mi equipo anterior solamente abrir el programa tomaba hasta 1 minuto, mientras que esta Inspiron 14 abre el programa en tan solo 5 SEGUNDOS. La pantalla touch tiene una resolucion de excelente nivel. La laptop es ligera. La bateria está durando 5 horas actualmente. El teclado retroiluminado es una funcion muy util (la letra como tal es la que se ilumina, y no solo al rededor de la tecla como en otros equipos). El diseño exterior es de aluminio y eso le da un acabado muy fino. la camara de video incorporada es HD. Comprar un equipo de estos en Latinoamérica en una tienda local puede costar facilmente el doble por lo que hacerlo a traves de Amazon es una buena idea. 5 ESTRELLAS! ... show more

It is a great 2 in 1 laptop for the price. There are only a couple of issues. Firstly, the battery life is not as long as other high-tier laptops. Secondly, the graphics card also is subpar in comparison with other high-tier laptops. Nevertheless, these two aspects are to be expected from a mid-tier laptop. The touch screen is great, and also the cpu, ram and storage. It is a great product for personal and professional use.
