It worked well for 2 years. It’s plays game’s decently well. New world was the hardest game I ran on it and it was pretty smooth. Unfortunately last week the screws holding the screen on broke and I had to take the back cover off and order a new one. The plastic doesn’t last forever. The hinges are sticking so that makes me think they need oiled once a year or something. ... show more

I am so disappointed with Amazon and Dell. This was ordered as a graduation gift for grandson. Upon greatly anticipated arrival (on time) there was an Error message as he was trying to charge it. He assumed it was the charger. After more than 4 - 5 hours trying to get some Dell support finally was able to get another AC adapter sent (it was delayed a little). Found the charger is not the problem. Returned the whole thing. Will never order another electronic item from Amazon. Will never buy another Dell computer. Dells out-sourced customer service is pure H-LL. Amazon's only redemption is Donna in Customer Service from the Philippines. Would prefer to give ZERO stars if possible. Now waiting for refund to go elsewhere. I've always been able to give rate Amazon high; not this time. Update: UPS lost this laptop in Kansas. UPS said it is Amazons problem. Amazon says it is UPS problem. Took DAYS to get Andrei in Amazon customer service. Thank heavens for him. He got us a promised refund; UPS last scanned laptop in Kansas on 07-08-21; refunded 07/19/2021. ... show more
