I ordered the MDA20 and received the unit 4 days later. The monitor mount was incredibly easy to setup, simple enough that no instructions were needed. After setting up I noticed that one of the monitor mount legs had a defect on it that made the unit partially immobile and did not function fully as expected. I reached out to the team and they immediately diagnosed the problem and shipped me a replacement part. The entire unit works perfectly.
