When we've received the docking station, it was boxed nicely and everything were in place. Read the instructions and downloaded the necessary drivers that were needed to be installed, hooked up my monitors and laptop and BAMMM! It works like a charm. I tried to plug in two 4k monitors, and to my surprise, it did not work. The performance of the second monitor could be better and faster, and the refresh rate could be much better. I looked at the first product, which advertised the possibility of connecting a 2 x 4k monitor. Still, I decided to acquire it from a different provider (that was not promoting this), and I was very disappointed when I got home.
