They helped resolve the issue, which was a cord just needed to be removed. *Edited this review to give feedback on how the computer works after using it for awhile* The specs of the computer are accurately described for one. It is more than capable of doing your essential things, like browsing, emails, social media, YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, and things like that. It can run most current games well enough on low settings. So far I’m very satisfied with my purchase, and would recommend it to others looking for a computer at a budget price range. Advertised as Windows 11 pro, but came with Windows 11 home. Also, did not come with AMD RX 550, I used Radeon to auto detect the software, which AMD could not be detected. After investigating, found a 'basic' graphics card.

Pretty good system! We had to purchase a different wi-fi adaptor to handle our 5G wi-fi, which is crazy, because who is still using 2.4G??? And no, the system does not have built-in Wi-Fi. Other than this small issue, my son says the system is good for all the games he likes to play.
