I already own this backpack and adore it, so when the zipper broke on mine I decided to buy the same one again. What I received is a scaled down version of it, one that doesn’t even fit my laptop in the laptop pocket. Disappointed & will be returning.

Right shoulder carring straps mechanism on right side is attached in reverse, causing the right side does not hold. Otherwise backpack looks ok. (I had one a year ago) I am now considering if to return this and re-order with risk of another defects, described in other reviews, or to just ask local service for fixing this and to sew on the straps mechanism on right side again. ...I am really disappointed how people out there are testing their products, before offering on Amazon... ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Very bad don’t buy this bag. I returned the fist one as it was torn on both sides. Reordered another one came again torn both sides with a hole. Also cheap plastic front not what you would expect from a $60.00 bag pack! Very disappointing .
