Do not buy this computer, or any Dell computer. This PC won't wake up from sleep consistently, goes into hibernation mode and is very hard to restart. Dell service technicians at first acknowledged the problem, and updated the BIOS system. But, the problem has continued. Dell now wants me to send the laptop back to them for diagnostics, and won't consider a refund or a replacement. I need a working computer to teach classes, and can't afford to be without one. Dell is not the reliable computer company it once was. I wish I had never purchased another Dell computer. Unfortunately, I did not see all of the negative online information about today's Dell computers until after the problems with this laptop. ... show more

Very fast laptop. I purchased to run Windows 11 my, EXPS was not compatible. Outside of the keyboard, not lighted, I am satisfied. The increase in RAM is great. Very quick shipping from the seller. This is my second Dell product, and I will continue to purchase them as needed.

Replacement for 8year old Dell i5 which was starting to slow down. I recently upgraded to fiber Wireless from dsl. Old computer couldn't handle it without serious workaround. New one is faster. Windows 11 pro requires a new learning curve. Too soon to tell. Took me 3 months to enjoy windows 10. We'll see. So far so good....not impressed with # of connection USB ports. Bought a hub to expand as this (none really) unit had no dvd drive which I added as a plug-in. I've got a lot of software to install. ... show more

This is nice machine, however if you plan to use to connect this to external monitors with the USB-C make sure you buy the right laptop. there are 2 versions. One the USB-C is just data and the other one is a fully functional USB-C port. I'm returning list to buy the correct one I need.

I specifically requested a new laptop. The laptop I received is defective. Only half of the keys work. I contacted the seller and I had to pay $25 to send it back to them for repairs. It only has one USB-C port. There is no Thunderbolt port at all. Can't use my USB-C monitor except as HDMI. The keyboard is NOT lit. There are definitely not enough USB ports. My advice is to find something elase.
