Worst computer I’ve ever owned. The battery frequently overheats which shuts down the computer for hours. The screen backlight frequently fluctuates from light to dark and back again. I like Dell computers and have had two that I loved. But I wish I had returned this one.

Very fast laptop. I purchased to run Windows 11 my, EXPS was not compatible. Outside of the keyboard, not lighted, I am satisfied. The increase in RAM is great. Very quick shipping from the seller. This is my second Dell product, and I will continue to purchase them as needed.

This is nice machine, however if you plan to use to connect this to external monitors with the USB-C make sure you buy the right laptop. there are 2 versions. One the USB-C is just data and the other one is a fully functional USB-C port. I'm returning list to buy the correct one I need.

Complete scam. Tried to return the item within 5 days, but the seller never responded to Amazon. Finally, open the computer after 30 days bc Seller would not accept a return and got a blue screen. $800 down the drain.

It only has one USB-C port. There is no Thunderbolt port at all. Can't use my USB-C monitor except as HDMI. The keyboard is NOT lit. There are definitely not enough USB ports. My advice is to find something elase.

Dell is terrible. After a month of dealing with India they finally sent it to zHouston to be fixed but they sent it back broken. This Dell Inspiron 15 is the biggest piece of junk I have ever had and Dell customer service sucks and not the good way. They are just waiting until the extended warranty I bought lapses. Never buy a Dell and never buy an extended warranty from Dell. Worst experience I’ve ever had. ... show more
