So far, so good. My old desktop OS no longer works with some of the websites I use for my work, or banking/bill paying, or even my email provider, so I finally had to get a new computer. This one does the job and is probably way more that I need for what I do.

Ordered a NEW laptop only to receive a clearly USED laptop. Dell boxed was used and worn out. The sleeve the laptop came in was wrinkled and looked reused. The laptop itself had greasy hand prints all over.
