I plugged in the charger and pressed the power button. For the past 50 minutes, the laptop has only shown a blue screen and remains unresponsive. If I try to force restart it, it keeps showing “just a moment” and keeps on reloading all over again.

    • No Facial Recognition Camera. Camera not IR which is required for Windows Facial Recognition.

Very good computer, plenty of speed, capacity, and performance but doesn't have an IR Camera thus making facial recognition inoperable. This is a feature I would have expected for the price paid. I'm now stuck with finger print recognition, which isn't bad but not as easy as facial recognition.
