La pantalla touch tiene una resolucion de excelente nivel. La laptop es ligera. La bateria está durando 5 horas actualmente. El teclado retroiluminado es una funcion muy util (la letra como tal es la que se ilumina, y no solo al rededor de la tecla como en otros equipos). El diseño exterior es de aluminio y eso le da un acabado muy fino. la camara de video incorporada es HD. It is a great 2 in 1 laptop for the price. There are only a couple of issues. Firstly, the battery life is not as long as other high-tier laptops. Secondly, the graphics card also is subpar in comparison with other high-tier laptops. Nevertheless, these two aspects are to be expected from a mid-tier laptop. The touch screen is great, and also the cpu, ram and storage. It is a great product for personal and professional use. It needs to be noted that if you are into graphic design, the colors in this laptop are a bit opaque. All in all, an awesome laptop at an awesome price, 5/5! ... show more

She turned the graphics down so it doesn't get as hot when playing a game, which is one of the complaints. She has no issues with the fingerprint reader either. I buy this laptop to my son, the first week he start to have problems with the switched (did not turn on!!!!) so I called Amazon and they told me that I have to called directly to Dell.. oh no! That was really a nightmare!!! They told me to many things, that i have to do, so I tried to many times to solve the problem, also I asked a friend that have experience in laptops that talked with Dell, but anything cares because they put so many obstacles, so Dell tech support said that it's not registered to my name, and the laptop is with My Personal Account!!!! They looked up the case number i provided and that info also did not match for the laptop, and was the number they gave me to called them.. They are not allowed me to do anything to fix the laptop until I can identify the owner of the laptop. So all are excuses and time loss, in conclusion I lost one thousand dollar because nobody are going to help me resolve the problem… So please give me a big favor!!!!!! Don’t buy anything from Dellllll!!! They have terrific customer service!!! ... show more

I bought the 12 G RAM so I can work with Photoshop & Lightroom open at the same time. I also bought the Dell pen & I love the precision for my retouching. I use it folded & use a separate wireless keyboard when I'm retouching. I've used it for Netflix binge watching & battery lasted about between 4-5 hours, non stop + using bluetooth headphones.
