It only took about 10 minutes for all the updates. After logging in to my OneDrive account, everything was linked, so there was no need to pull any files off my older devices to transfer to my new laptop. Capacity: 16GB DDR4 RAM, 512GB PCIe SSD
Three problems: 1. Feels flimsy and fragile, like a cheap piece of thin plastic. 2. Entire machine freezes for no apparent reason--cursor locks, screen locks, Ctrl-Alt-Del does nothing; have to turn it off and let it sit for a bit. 3. Screen goes crazy--scrolling bits of colour, and machine freezes--again, turning it off and letting it sit is the only option. Worst problem: I'd gladly trade this in for a Dell Latitude, but because I could not set it up right away I didn't know about these problems until I was just outside the return window, so I am stuck with an unreliable machine. I would not buy this product again, nor can I in good conscience recommend it (to my regret). ... show more

Graphics is UHD and not the Iris Xe. Disappointed. Update: its hardware config issue. They switch memory to 1 stick 16g dd4-2133. Iris Xe needs dual channel or it defaults to UHD. Replaced with 2x 8gb ($40) 2666 to get Iris Xe working. Still 3 stars because Dell should know better than 16gb single channel isnt the same as 16gb dual channel. ... show more
