The price is a deal. The resolution of screen is awesome and the performance is smooth. However I feel frustrated because of the two incidents elaborated below: (1) The delivery date was delayed and changed to another date (June 26) that just happened to the time and date of my doctor's appointment. I wanted to change to another day or time but I needed to pay about $10. I could not talk to a live person and the only way to change the delivery date or time is online. (2) Sometimes there is blue screens and pop-up screens said that Windows does not load properly. I called Dell and after some tests, he asked me to update the drivers which I did. The blue screen still comes up from time to time. This is very frustrated and a bit scary. Can some one help me? ... show more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I received a supposedly new Dell laptop from this vendor. The problem was that the lcd screen has the keyboard keys burned into the lcd. When trying to return they want to charge 20% restock fee plus have you pay return shipping. What a ripoff. An lcd screen replacement is $300 minimum. This was supposed to be a brand new laptop but it's obviously not brand new. Buyer beware of this company for anything they sell. I included a couple of pictures for review. So disappointing that I won't ever consider trusting Amazon anymore either. 1/10/24 Update for customers: NOT ONLY COULD THEY CHARGE YOU A 20% RESTOCK FEE, THEY DID CHARGE THAT FEE FOR SELLING A DAMAGED LCD SCREEN. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED FOR THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUALITY CONTROL OF PRODUCTS AND THEIR BLATENT DISRESPECT FOR A CUSTOMER WITH THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.
