Great Press so far! Ran an order over the weekend for 50 shirts. Temp is right on (laser thermometer verified). LOVE the clam shell, tray slides out. Auto start and stop timer. The top press surface is a little scary because its just bare metal, no felt/fabric or any kind of protective cover. Heated fast. Pressed good. Will update if it dies after a month nut so far so good!

I bought the heat press with the slide out lower platen. It came boxed securely and undamaged. I have only used it for one project and it seems to work nicely. There is one pretty major flaw, in my opinion, and that is that the top platen sticks down quite far and is not encased like others I have had. I learned this the hard way and got a pretty severe burn when I accidently put my hand in the wrong spot to open it up. There is absolutely nothing around that platen to give any kind of heat protection. As compared to my other presses that are cases and still get hot you can't accidently touch the bare platen like on this one. You can see in the photo how much is exposed.

This heat press does not hold heat; every item I have pressed has all come up, and it has fallen off. There is no customer service number to use the warranty. I cannot use this item because they sent me a used, heat-pressed item that they knew was not working correctly. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL GET A DAMAGED PRODUCT. IF THEY HAD ZERO STARS, THAT'S WHAT I WOULD GIVE THEM

I put this one to work right away. I had an order for 200 family reunion shirts. Heat distribution was good....not excellent. I really wished it had a tray to pull out for easier use. But, I cant complain to much for the price I paid.
