The media could not be loaded. This review is to be determined. I bought this press and for 10 days it worked brilliantly. The auto function is fantastic, it's a very solid piece of machinery. The roll out tray is great. And then 2 nights ago I was pressing some things and the something with the control panel changed. It wouldn't change temps or time. Neither of those buttons would work. I researched and followed the instructions to unplug and let it cool and did that for 45 min and nothing changed. I let it cool for 3 hours and it seemed to work again. But not to 400F and it stopped again. Waited another couple hours, unplugged and tried 200F for 30 sec. Worked. 265 for 30 sec. Worked. That was noteworthy as the press when it wasn't working would heat to 256 and stop and that's when the control panel would cease. Tried 300 for 1 min and that worked. Then 350 for 3 min and that worked and finally 400 for 4 min and that worked. Then I tried set it up for 400 for 5 min which my product required and it ceased again. So I unplugged and tried again this morning for 395F for 299 seconds and it stopped at 265 and ceased again. I'm returning it but I liked the product and I'm buying another one today and writing this one off as an anomoly. I was going to buy the hat press today but I'm going to suspend that purchase until the new unit arrives so I can make sure my original one wasn't just a bad one off. My hope is I get to change my rating to 5 stars because when it worked it worked great.

I can’t write an honest review yet because I still have not been able to use it. I set up step by step as instructed. I have reached out for assistance and have yet received a reply. I think this baby is going back.
