Upgraded from swivel 15” x 15” to this press so that pressing larger prints would be easier. After setting the initial heat temp and time, this press heats quickly and with the 5 beeps letting you know it’s ready is great. The press is reliable to stay heated to accurate temperature and stays within 5 degrees very steadily. I have researched many heat presses at various costs, this one is the best value in my opinion. As with any press there will be creaking of springs when it’s released but that’s normal. I highly recommend this press to anyone looking for a budget friendly starter. I absolutely love this press.

Been using for a few months now and I have zero complaints- The pull out tray has been the best feature- makes it so much easier to move around the fabric because of it. Takes a lil while to heat up definitely not a dealbreaker. Recommended

It’s a little bulky, definitely heavy but worth the money. Heats up fairly quickly, the slide out is great, heats evenly. Great product for a small business or just to create for family and friends.

Nice piece of equipment

Works really well. Takes awhile to heat up such a big platen. Was easy to put together. It's REALLY heavy. Came with one corned dented, but that must have happened somewhere along the line in shipping. It's packaged well, but it is really heavy. I went back on my security cameras to see if the UPS driver dropped it and she did not. Kudos to her for carrying this thing by herself! The size is really nice for bigger projects and is a major upgrade from the smaller one I did have. I needed it wider to make sublimation headbands for motorcycle riders and those are 20 inches wide. My old one could only do 14 max. Plus I really love the slide out bottom! No more trying to wiggle stuff under and ending up burning my fingers. The timer feature is nice. You don't have to start it yourself. Once you shut it the time starts counting down on it's own. And it beeps until you open it once the timer runs out. For the price it really is a nice piece of equipment.
