  • I should have bought this a year ago
Style: Basic
I should have bought this earlier. Super easy to use and works perfect. If you're planning on making more than 10 shirts in the future, this is the way you have to go. Just keeping your blood pressure low is worth the money

  • Great little heat press.. replaced a $2500 heat press, results are the same!
Style: Basic
This is a great little heat press, far exceeds expectations. - My last heat press was a $2,500 Stahls Hotronix Fusion IQ 16x20. I loved it, but I'm going through a divorce and dividing property hasn't been settled yet. I needed a good heat press for cheap, and I came across this little guy. I didn't expect much, but figured it might get me by until I could either get my Stahls back or afford a better one. I've only owned it about a month, but have pressed maybe 50 garments with it. Each garment has between 4-6 graphics on it, most of which are layered, so anywhere between 4-12 presses required. I have not run into any issues with heat distribution. I used a Stahls 16x20 MAXX press at my last job, and even though Stahls are about the best in the business, I would occasionally have some issues with heat distribution. Some areas wouldn't stick completely. This Delclynee 15x15 press does not have any issues like that whatsoever. It presses evenly, heats up quickly, and I have even left it on for a few hours without having any issues with it. One difference I have noticed is that the top gets VERY hot. On my Stahls, the plate itself would of course get hot, but the casing above the plate would stay relatively cool. It's not really much of an issue because if you're using a heat press, it's best to learn to avoid touching that area anyway. I did purchase a teflon sheet for it just for the rare times that I have to press something twice, because I've had issues with previous heat presses where if you're pressing raw vinyl without transfer tape, it can alter it a bit.. however, I haven't had to use the teflon sheet much at all, and they're pretty cheap anyway (maybe $10-20) so not a big deal. I generally press most garments around 305 degrees F and the temperature always stays within 2 degrees of that. I'm very happy with my purchase especially since I paid under $200 for it. Far exceeds expectations. Would definitely recommend. As I said, I've only had it about a month but I do press lots of garments. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a budget heat press! ... show more

  • My results are imperfect, but I’m a beginner using iffy materials!
Style: Basic
This is working beautifully for my purposes (making team t-shirts for a very casual affair). It worked perfectly for heat transfer vinyl. For laser printed images I got uneven, inconsistent results, but I am almost sure that’s because of the transfer paper, not the press. But I’m not a hundred percent sure, so I figured I should mention. The base has a thick, firm foam pad, and it comes with a perfectly sized canvas cover. Next project I’m going to add a pressing pad and see if it helps. ... show more

  • Great for small business!
Style: Basic
Bought for my small business. We use DTF transfers. At first it was kind of finicky trying to figure out the right temperature. We usually use 365° for our cotton shirts, but it wasn’t hot enough for our decals. Ended up adjusting and worked a lot better. Condition came great, very easy to use!

  • Really nice heat press
Style: Basic
Had this for a few months with semi-regular use and it is still holding up great. Temp seems consistent and the pressure I adjust it to holds well. Hasn't burned anything nor have I experienced any ghosting or other issues related to the heat. Any issues otherwise are just user error. The alarm for the timer is super loud so I was able to hear it from the next room over so I didn't need to babysit it. It's nice and big so I've gotten some pretty large designs pressed well. It's super easy to use and I am thankful for that as I need my hands/wrists in good condition. ... show more

  • Surprised of the quality and accuracy of the heat and time control and control of pressure
Style: Basic
OK guys I don’t press T-shirts so if you’re looking for a review with a T-shirt im the wrong review. I make gun holsters so I need accurate heat and time control. In short, I’m heating up plastic, which is Kydex. I am very surprised with the quality of this T-shirt press to say the least it came packaged without a scratch in perfect condition. That’s hard to say with more expensive items I paid for if you guys are looking for an all-around great press this is it. I have an expensive thermal heat gun and was very surprised when I had the press set at 320° and my heat gun also said 320°. I just got it so if anything changes, I will let you guys know the overall thoughts very great well packaged piece of machinery. ... show more

  • Stopped heating!!
Style: Basic
Worked for less than a year! Suddenly started losing heat temperature. Tried multiple things to get it to heat back up. Will not heat at all now. Very disappointing as I was in the middle of prepping for this weekends vendor show!!
