The media could not be loaded. I'm happy with the heat press just got it on Wednesday it had one dent on the corner top but it doesn't affect the heat or the top heat plate and the top section moves a little but just needs tightening I think and I don't want to send it back it'll take too long it already took a month just to get it and the string to the lower plate cover is missing so you can't tie it tight to the bottom plate other than that it heats up fine everything works on it for now!

The media could not be loaded. So far I'm extremely impressed with this heat press. I had to order it different one to start with and it was a 15x15 swing away and when it arrived I made the determination that it wasn't my wanted. They swing away means I'd have to have more room on my counter and I have plans of larger print anyhow. The 16x24 seems like the perfect size plus the addition of the pull out makes it excellent.

Used for the first time today, unfortunately the temp is over 10 degrees higher than the setting and it's completely uneven across the platen. Will be returning. No way to reach the seller for support so, that's the only option.

It heats up well and evenly and presses great. I've had this press for 4 months and use it anywhere from 1-20 times a day. After a month, one of the big screws on the handle backed out (without me noticing it) and the handle fell apart. I was able to squeeze it back it in and screw it tightly with the correct size Allen wrench. Now, about every 10 times I press something, the screw is halfway out and needs to be screwed back in. This is quite annoying, but for the price of the press, it's workable. I just keep the Allen wrench next to the press.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this heat press because my old one was starting to mess up. When I received this one and took it out of the box, I noticed one of the corners was dented and the screws already had rust on them, which was disappointing for a new product. On the positive side, I tested it to make sure it heated properly, and it does heat up like it's supposed to, which is a plus. Overall, it works, but the condition it arrived in definitely took away from the experience and hopefully it continues to stay working.
