This bed is advertised as having a 600lb capacity, however as soon as I set this up and sat on the bed, the vertical support broke (I weigh about 200lbs, so well under the limit). Oh well, a bummer, but an easy replacement/fix, I thought! But when I went to contact the company to request a replacement vertical support slat, the only option was to return the entire bed, which obviously, I've just spent 2 hours putting the whole thing together, I don't want to take another 2 hours to disassemble it and return it. I think the company banks on this and provides subpar materials that will just make it through assembly, then assume the customer won't want to take the time to disassemble and return when a piece inevitably breaks, but will just figure out a quick fix themselves. Which is pretty scummy. Basically, it's a nice bed, wasn't too tough to put together, looks great, but you can't sit or lay on it without the shoddy supports breaking, so I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a sturdier product. ... show more
