This was perfect. Didn't even know something like this existed. Just did an Amazon search and BOOM! There it was. There's nothing like getting in a warm bed, especially when getting out of a shower on a cool/cold night, like during the fall or winter. I love sleep, but this has made me love it more. Setting 3 can be too hot at times, so I'll alternate from that and 2, depending on how I'm feeling. Excellent investment!

Worked great for the first 5 months, provided a consistent even heat. One night one light on the controller started blinking and the heat will not turn on. I've tried to contact support and can't get through on the phone. My emails have gone unanswered. Very disappointed, there is clearly a flaw in this system as several other reviewers have had the same problem and the company does not seem to be responsive in fixing it.

Got it around first of January, and its not working......Wont buy again, cant afford to replace inferior product, and the plug you "cant" feel, was initiated by a terminally short person ....Its all over my ankles..... Supposed to run up to ten hours, them shut off...initially it did......Now I am good if I get three, and keep in mind it was bought for Winter.... So if you buy one it based on my experience....DONT. Just saying ..Furthermore I contacted the comoany and the told me how to adjust the time it heats but the directions were for a model I dont have...I responded to that but they didnt....Still waiting for a response.... Caveat Emptor......🤬 Everything I said about the pad was true and accurate, but since then the.Company has sent a replacement... I THINK THE problem was the controller was at fault but nonetheless I was sent a.complete replacement ,pad and all.......👌
