This sauna suit has been amazing so far. Saunas have had a lot of research and development with how they affect the human body whether that is through an actual sauna or a sauna suit simply going in one or putting on a sauna suit will make you sweat a lot more it will be better for your heart health and it will be better for losing weight as the water that is stored in the body gets depleted and excreted and it helps you to keep off water weight it can also be really beneficial for losing a few pounds of water weight if you have an event coming up or any place where you need to look your best. The sizing was accurate so far there are no rips or tears at all the material thickness is just right and it does not need daily washing from what I can tell so far just air drying it is perfectly fine. if you do choose to wash it however it will dry really fast with the air.

I love that there are a lot of big sizes so that the big folks are able to buy these kind of suits to look nice as well and be able to workout and lose weight while looking decent. The quality is surprisingly better than expected. It's thick and worth the money spent. The style is nice and sporty. There's no zipper. I hope they do make a suit of this brand with a zipper on the jacket. I also hope they come out with a variety of different colors. It would be great. I will be ordering more so that I have a few to change into throughout the week. While one is drying, I can use another. The smell when you first open it is normal. It's a new smell. I LOVE MY NEW WORKOUT SUIT!!!

If you sweat very little like me despite fitness efforts this is the outfit for you. If you wanna release toxins without having to join a gym, taking the extra time to get dressed, head to the gym, etc. this is the outfit for you. What this outfit isn’t, capable of handling misuse or improper use. For instance, if you are wearing the pants and they’re rubbing in the thigh area or anywhere else you’re gonna break down the material faster than normal. Even though this suit came with no instructions for care it’s easy to figure out for me. For others who may not have experience with this material and cleaning id like to make some suggestions. After a workout or use of any type turn the suit inside out. Having a hose either in the kitchen sink or shower is helpful. Spray the suit with clear water. Use a spray bottle with white vinegar and water will freshen the suit. If you add Bali soda to the arm pits and crock then spray with vinegar you’ll see some foaming. This can clear the funk super gently. If you’d like, dawn mixed with water spray. Then, rinse until suds are gone can work, too. If you prefer liquid laundry soap make sure to water it down. Why? Similar to putting in the washer. Plus, it’s more difficult to remove soap that hasn’t been watered down. It’ll clean just fine mixed in water. Why do this as soon as you’re finished working out EACH time? Funk. If you don’t get the sweaty nasty juices off the gear it’ll be more difficult when it’s had an opportunity to dry and begin to mildew. I do not advise using a washer or dryer. The suit will maintain its quality with gentle considerate care for the duration. Size consideration, Imma small, but bought a medium. Why? This suit doesn’t stretch. The pants are long enough which is awesome since I have long lady legs with a 34 inch I seem. For larger framed people highly recommend a size or two larger. This will give you the chance to move in the suit that has no give. It’s basically a quality plastic. No material movement at all. The opening for my head is snug. Normally I can fit my head through an opening with my small frame glasses on. These I can’t. For my 5’ 91/2” 140 lb fit frame a medium works perfect. Perfect looseness without giving me an oversized suit appearance. I’m excited to sweat toxins out. Not using to lose weight. If someone wants to use this for weight loss consider losing water isn’t losing those pesky cells that add pounds. This would benefit with increasing metabolism during a workout and toxins melting which can assist with weight management for certain. Recommend and super happy with the products appearance, quality, price, size, brand, and ability to make it hot in here so I take off all those toxins 😁

To clarify the title, I originally bought the XL size for myself, a medium size for my friend, and 3XL size for myself once again. In 2024, the year I ordered this sauna suit, I was 250 pounds and finally decided to lose weight due to Dragon Ball’s author Akira Toriyama’s passing. I tried on the XL suit and it was fitted on me because I thought it would be loose. But ended up wearing it and it made me sweat A LOT. However, my commitment to fitness was lackluster, though I was still serious about it, because I was still 250 pounds. I ended up giving away the XL suit to my friend and she liked it due to the fact it gives her more flexibility to move around. That’s when I ordered the 3XL suit and it worked out perfectly for me - and still does! Since this new year (2025 to clarify depending on whenever you, the reader, see this review), I finally took fitness and training seriously along with changing my diet for the better. As of this writing, I went from 250 to between 218 and 220, as my goal is to get to 200 pounds before the end of this year. If you need a high quality sauna suit to wear for workouts and training, this one is for you!

At 5' 6", 155lb I normally wear a medium. I ordered an x-large and it fit snug on me. You should definitely order a size or two larger. After only 30 minutes of cardio, I was sweating profusely. I like wearing a thin layer of clothes underneath to prevent slinging sweat all over the gym. Very durable product, unlike the thin, cheap plastic suites that rip under the arm and between the legs. I'm very happy with my purchase, I ordered two.

The suit works pretty good. But I'm disappointed that it's already ripping. I've only had it a week. Today I went to tie the waist band and it ripped at the string hole. Same goes for the hood...I went to tighten the hood and the hole ripped. I'll be attached pictures. I would give 5 stars if it didn't rip already
