I never thought I’d write a review about a toilet, but here we are! This product was an excellent purchase. Delivery was earlier than projected. At first I was a little concerned when I saw the delivery driver basically chuck it on to our porch. Thankfully, it was packed nice and tight and came out with no damage. I also purchased two extra items (toilet installation kit/seal ring) when Amazon suggested I purchase the three together. You don’t need it. The product comes with everything you need. My husband was able to get the toilet installed without me having to call a plumber! Yes, he may have sweat a little and complained a lot, but he came to me with his arms flexed and said “Who’s the MAN?” Of course I said “You are?” Who knew he could be so handy??? On to the review: The base is a little shorter length wise than our original toilet, so keep that in mind as there might be some discoloring to the floor from where the toilet sat previously. It’s ok though, since it is in the back of the toilet. Unless you have some very picky friends or family members, it WILL be ok. And besides if they dislike it, then they can pay for my new flooring when we start the renovation on that bathroom! The height of the toilet seems slightly higher? I’m vertically challenged, but it is not so high that I’m swinging my legs like I’m a kid swinging on a swing-set! You might want to get a new seat though. I feel like the seat slides a little more than my previous one. My hubby is slightly concerned that his bottom might test the durability of the seat. I can understand why he thinks that as he does seem to sit in there for long periods of time. Other than that, the product is great! Powerful flush, quick refill! You cannot go wrong buying this one!

I had my old toilet removed yesterday and had this new toilet installed and I sure do love it. It flushes great, is quiet and I love that it's taller. I have a 3.5 inch seat riser for my old toilet but guess what? I no longer need it! I can sit and stand like a Boss :) I just lean forward a little and BAM!! I can stand pretty easily and that's with two arthritic knees. Do I love this toilet? YES I SURELY DO!!! And it looks pretty darned good as well, yippy yip yip!!!

Excellent replacement for a 1978 toilet that came with home. Very competitive price as well. This one much higher from floor, and has immediate flush, within 2 seconds, minimal water use due to smaller tank, no more swirling for 10 seconds then finally flushes away. Plus, so much more easier and convenient to have it delivered by Amazon as opposed to me going to home depot or other big box store to buy.

It was easy to install since it came with everything needed. It has a strong flush and one flush accomplishes the task. However, the top of the bowl does not have water that swirls around and cleans off the sides, just the lower part. Therefore, keep a toilet brush handy.

I ordered it, unpacked it, and installed it without assistance. I'm 85 years old. This is a great product and I wouldn't change a thing. It flushes properly, looks good, is exactly as advertised. A good buy.

The Deer Valley elongated toilet came in perfect condition. Installed it the same day and it's in perfect working order! Easy to install. The seat goes down easily on its own, very quiet. Flush is fast, fills fast, and better than my other American Standard toilet! Deer Valley really cares about their customer, as the packaging was outstanding to insure that the products gets to you safely without damage. The only thing you need to buy separately, is a water line toilet hose. Everything else in the description is included. I will be purchasing other products from them in the future.

Missing parts needed for installation. I had to use parts that, fortunately, had on hand. The description said that it has a quick release seat for easy removal but it doesn’t. It’s the standard mount seat that has to be unscrewed to remove. No other problems so far.
