I absolutely love this sink! I have been remodeling the kitchen in the house I just bought and wanted a deep, black sink. I did a lot of research and decided to go with this one because it is black all the way through, not just a coating. I am so glad I did! It is a little heavy, but installation wasn’t difficult. As a single woman, I was able to do it myself. I took it in and out of the counter hole myself while trimming and making sure I didn’t cut the counter too much since I had just epoxied the countertops. It’s been installed for a week now and I love it so much. I love how deep it is and it really makes my farmhouse theme in my kitchen look so much better than the old stainless sink I took out.

First of all, I loved the look of this sink. But I was concerned after purchacing it that my measurements were off and initially I was going to return it. DeerVally worked with me and in the end, while I had to minorly modify the cabinet to get the sink in, it did fit and looks great. The best part, was the customer service by DeerVally. I would buy one of their products again just because of that interaction and how well it went. Or at least that was my experience.

A great replacement for the old stainless steel. This is twice as deep, great feature. I haven’t dropped anything in it yet but seems to be holding up and looking good. What I did not like was there were no counter brackets included (why not it’s your design not ours) so when you flip it over, there’s mount bracket locations but no holes drilled (great, again, why not?). Here’s the problem with composite, if you don’t drill straight then run a screw-in a angled hole you run the risk of breakout. Due to the design of the sink, this is unavoidable in some locations. I would rate this a little bit trickier for your DIY person. You’re going to need the right tools (down cut jigsaw blade if you have to trim your counter). The right clamps and blocks for the sink top once caulked. A small right angle drill attachment that accepts drill bits, otherwise you can angle slightly just drill off center, caulk, silicone. It’s not the easiest to get off the composite but it does come off.

I was impressed with the design, color, and how durable it is. The packaging was a plus! Very well packaged. Overall the delivery went smooth. I installed the sink myself and it was all about precision. The final fit was perfect after a few tries of getting the hole that was cut in the counter to match the sink. This was a precision cut. I needed to also make a hole in the sink for the water filtration faucet and that too went smooth. I am very happy with this beautiful sink and I would recommend it 100%.

I recently ordered this branded granite composite drop-In kitchen sink, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision.
