Great shoe for heavy runners, great form fitting shoe. I’m kinda flat footed and it didn’t cause any pain. Feels like running on clouds. The energy return is good but not the best. Best walking shoes I ever owned. Ample cushion at both heel and toes, perfect drop from heel to toes, and very good arch support. This is my second pair in two years. First pair lasted over 1K miles of outdoor walking. It cured my mild case of plantar fasciitis.

I bought these as I’m getting a bit serious for running. These are true to size. Compared to my original casual running shoes, these provide more support and responses. Note that these would definitely feel a bit soft to everyday sneakers, yet according to my research and use, you can wear these for casual walk for sure.
