I don't know what all the bad reviews are. I expected it to be broken but it's packaged very well with very thick protection. The ceramic is nice and thick and it's well built. The side caps for covering the holes are kind of dumb but that's not a huge deal.

Overall a decent toilet just a few flaws when thay mean compact they mean compact very small. I am stuck with them now .I am not sending both that I installed back .Button in top does flush right away you have to keep it pressed for a few seconds. The pictures on the website do not do it justice.
