The media could not be loaded. I have some experience with led strips from other brands and after installing this one I think it’s the best. My old led some times facing some issues after long working time as well some heating This one works like 18 hours continuously with a great stability and no heat just normal Also installation process was very easy just get it out of the box and open the magic app, you can get it from the barcode on the controller unit, after jus connect it to the led it was smooth and nice to control the led. One of the app features is using mic to control the led color and brightness and this is my kids favorite game, after too long working time it was acting to their voice exactly on time without any delay which is a very powerful option here and it shows that how the controller attached here is very good. As well responding to the remote was very responsive from a good distance. After dealing with two brands at least I think I’ll recommend this one for it’s great controller and excellent brightness which gives you the real feeling of colors ... show more

Very good quality LED lights and great that it’s compatible with Alexa for the hands free experience. Lost the plug in socket for it but would still recommend.

I would like to start off with: This is my first experience with strip lights, knew nothing about them prior. With that being said, these lights are so easy to install and set up if you’re not a dummy like me that apparently has reading problems. I kept wondering over and over why they weren’t coming on, only to find out I wasn’t lining them up correctly. I threw away an very long strip before I realized. I was connecting them wrong. And it’s not like it wasn’t in the instructions cause they were, I just hate Instructions. Anyways even after constant repositioning, constant disconnecting and reconnecting, the lights still stuck to every surface they end up on. And some of those bad boys fell on the floor in the land of unreachable cat hairs. The brightness is amazing, the colors are dummy thicc. The amount is plentiful. Honestly if I hadn’t thrown some of those strips away, I could’ve covered the entirety my bed probably. Be careful with constant disconnecting and reconnecting though, it’ll become more difficult to get the ends into the connectors. I’m going to be buying more of these to put in my kitchen and behind the TV. I only use Alexa for the lights so I have no opinion about the remote. I don’t know if they sell the plugs separately but I’m gonna definitely look. An overwhelming bang for your buck for sure. ... show more

    • Pretty good so far, so colors aren’t true
The brightness on these lights is great, but yellow light is definitely not true - it’s more green. The app is pretty handy, too. You can schedule when it turns on and what color. The functions are no so great, but you can save custom ones (color, brightness and speed). It’ll probably be a good amount of work to get thing how I want but there are sufficient options to get the best result I think. Big downside, it didn’t come with any connectors. The whole reason I got them what because you can cut and splice them, and now I have to purchase those separately. ... show more

    • Failed after 5 minutes, replacement on the way.
Edit: 3/11/2021 Support was great and able to send an additional unit, so far since the original issue of the Wifi adapter not working, these lights have been performing well. Obviously this is currently a 1 star review as the originally purchased lights failed after being on for about 5 minutes. As I was setting the lights up with the app, they turned off and did not come back on. Tried the steps to reset the lights (start with barrel plug out, power them on three times) to no success. The power adapter works fine, I was able to power an LED lamp that had a similar adapter, the fault rests with the wifi controller + IR reciever. The case happened to open on the controller (its held together by friction) and there did not appear to be any issues with the solder, or anything obvious, so I may have recieved a lemon. I have initiated a return with Amazon and will update if the second controller functions better. I wish there was a more reputable company I could purchase similar lights from, as this is a company that pays for their reviews (note included with packaging) and I'm sure most of the 5 star reviews come from those notes. I also ordered a set of warm white LEDs from this company, which are working just fine, however they do not include the wifi controller. In my opinion it makes more sense to avoid the wifi controller and get a smart plug. I will say the connectors between the strips worked well and for the 5 minutes the lights worked they did look nice for what its worth. After an hour or so of setting these up, only to have them fail rather quickly, it is very dissapointing. ... show more

    • Don't even think twise! This is simply awsome!
I was not expecting such a wonderful product for the price paid but boy was I ever wrong!! I love this product. I would arguably say better than alot of the highly expensive lifx and sengled lights I have but with better quality, higher or comparable brightness and ease of use. Set up and connection to my smart home ecosystem with Google and Amazon was a breeze and they work flawlessly. Remember to Connect only to 2.4g wifi networks. On top of that, this requires no additional hubs so voice control is a blessing but it also comes with a dedicated remote control. This can practically do everything! Also comes with detailed directions and additional connectors and extenders. Simply a phenomenal value and worth writing a review! 5 star all the way! ... show more
