This little R/C truck is an absolute blast! Right out of the box, I was able to drive it around with no issues. The two included batteries are a great feature — while one charges, you can keep playing with the other, which keeps the fun going. I actually bought this for my grandson’s upcoming birthday, but of course, Grandpa had to test it out first… you know, quality control! 😄 The build quality is solid, and while I’m not 100% sure, it feels like tough ABS plastic. The flashy lights are a great touch, making it look awesome as it zooms around. I had a good time chasing the cats and running over random household items, and I can say the shock-absorbing suspension works impressively well. I was especially impressed with the precision and ultra-responsive controls. The controller feels a lot like a game console controller, with bright, easy-to-use buttons. Do note — while the truck comes with rechargeable batteries, you’ll need to supply your own for the controller. Another feature I love (and haven’t seen on other R/C vehicles I’ve owned) is the small steering trimmer underneath the truck to help it track in a straight line. That’s a thoughtful touch that makes a difference, especially for younger drivers. Battery life is great too — I got about 30-35 minutes of run time between the two batteries. The detailing and artwork on the truck look sharp and seem durable enough to hold up to both indoor and outdoor adventures. And when they say all-terrain, they mean it! The reinforced bumper and grippy rubber tires handle crashes and tricky surfaces like a champ. For the price point, this little R/C car is a total winner. I’m sure my grandson is going to love it — and in the meantime, Grandpa’s having a blast with it too!

This is a very basic remote control car. It goes forward and backward, right and left. No frills - does no tricks. It is a basic remote controlled car for the very young or the young at heart. Once this one is mastered you or your child will want one that does much more. The car seems sturdy. It lights up with flashing lights as soon as you turn it on. It comes with 2 rechargeable batteries - one to use and one spare. The remote uses 2 AA batteries that are not included. Switch on the bottom of the car turns it on and off so as not to waste battery. The battery charger cable lights up red when you plug it in and when it gets to a full charge the light turns off. The screwdriver that came with it does not fit. It is too small. I have a low pile carpet and it does run fast on it. I got this specifically to have fun with my cats. And it is hilarious to watch them. I don't know how long the charge holds while operating it or how long the spare battery will hold the charge. Once I have recorded that data I will update my review. It's priced right for a basic remote controlled car. Oh, and make sure you have a high powered magnifying glass when you go to read the instructions.

This remote control car was just what I was looking for for my son. It’s amazingly fun for him to run around the yard concrete surfaces Carpet anything you can think of he has a blast with it. It actually is super fast and has a nice motor inside to power it. We’ve never had any problems with it going over rugs, carpet, or other hard surfaces. I really appreciate the details that I’ve been put into this remote control car and love the detail in the colors as well. This is a must have for anyone wanting to entertain kids, teens, and adults alike. The battery life is long and the remote control is definitely easy to use. It can turn on a dime and it’s really the most fun toy I could’ve purchased for my teenager lol!

This thing just isn't all that fast. I was expecting a little more speed out of it. It is fairly typical build quality and exactly what I would expect for the price but just a little slow. Really nice that it comes with a second battery so we can have one on the charger while the kids are using the other one. Also a really big pain that you need a screwdriver to remove and install the battery cover. This gets real old real fast. Not sure why they can't come up with a better way to secure it without needing a screw.

I got this DEERC RC Truck for my son, and from the moment we turned it on—game over. He was OBSESSED. The LED lights flash in different colors, it handles rough ground like it’s nothing, and it comes with two rechargeable batteries so the fun doesn’t stop after five minutes. As a parent? That’s a win. What I’m Obsessed With (a.k.a. what he couldn’t stop talking about): Bright, colorful LED lights: Seriously cool. It looks like a mini rave flying across the living room carpet. Off-road capability: We’ve driven it on dirt, grass, tile, and even gravel—and it handled everything like a tiny beast. Two batteries = double the playtime: One charges while the other one runs.
