This is a pretty tough and reliable rc car, I have driven this rc car in some pretty treacherous terrain and so far it has held very well, even with a few full speed crashes, the gears are made of metal and the teeth handle the torque of the motor great, the cars has a brushless motor that has decent power to it, the top speed with two included batteries is ok, you can get a somewhat faster top speed of around 40ish mph using 3S batteriesn, the two included batteries have an average battery life for the size of the batteries, I have been able to average just about 20 to 22 mins per battery, the rc car has good handling with the stock oil filled shocks and the tires are pretty wide and have pretty good grip, the tires are a little harder than I prefer but they get the job job, the controller is pretty basic and it has your basic steering and speed adjustment knobs, the reaction time from the controller to the car is really good with very little to no delay, the rc car also has a decent range to it, I was able to send the car out well over 280 to 300 feet without losing the connection, so all in all I am very happy with the overall quality and performance of this little rc car, worth the price in my opinion.

This RC basher is very powerful for its size, but has trouble putting that power to the ground. My initial impression was that I was impressed that this car offers a brushless motor, 3S-compatible ESC, and oil damped shocks at a very competitive price point. The list price of $140 ($105 after coupon at time of writing) is not much higher than the prices I've seen for more entry-level, brushed motor bashers. After closer inspection and after using the car, I can see the areas where they cut corners to reach the price point. The good: I know appearance is subjective, but I really like the body styling of this car. I like the colorway and the lack of excessive random words and phrases on the body. Looks great. The LEDs on the front and underglow lights are a nice indicator that the car is on. They are basically invisible in bright daylight but a nice touch for low-light driving. The steering servo seems stronger and quicker than the servos in other 1:16/1:18 bashers I've tried, but does not offer increased steering angle. This car runs very quiet. The brushless motor is incredibly punchy. Metal driveline components is an essential feature. Run time is good, especially with two batteries included. The bad: The chassis of this car is very similar to those of the cheapest bashers I've tried. While the driveline is metal, many of the parts under the body shell seem like soft plastic. The central driveshaft is exposed. The underglow LED wires come into contact with the steering linkage near the ESC, which could cause wear over time. The shocks, while claimed to be oil-filled, don't feel damped at all. They are pogo-stick bouncy... not great for rough terrain. Hitting mild obstacles at speed sends the car flipping through the air. The main problem is that the car can't transform its power into forward momentum. A combination of a zippy motor, firm tires, no gyro, and overall light weight mean that any significant throttle input just results in out-of-control spin outs and drifts on concrete, asphalt, and dirt. This car seems plenty fast on the included 2S batteries... I honestly can't imagine it on 3S power. I would be interested in whether there can be any performance gained from softer tires. This car is still plenty fun to drive, but you may have to adjust your driving style to better accommodate the sensitive handling.

This product is an awesomely designed & pretty fast 1:18 scale off-road/all terrain 4WD electric RC toy car truck that is controlled by a 2.4GHz remote control & comes with some good additional extra accessories. The RC car is designed to look like a fast racing truck that has 4 wheel drive, powered by 1 rechargeable 3S 7.4V 1500mAh batteries (2 provided), comes with a cool designed protective shell (black/gray/white) & the remote control has 2 setting controls on it for adjusting the steering & speed control, it also has a 2-way trigger for forward, reversing etc & a wheel shaped design for sharp left/right turns that will need to be powered with 3 AA batteries. Once the RC truck’s battery is fully charged (charger included) & you turn it on to use this RC truck, I must admit this toy car goes really fast! One touch of the trigger on the remote control & it goes off, the wheel turning is really good & since this RC truck has big wheels with shocks, it is very bouncy & can make large jumps or climb rocks & practically fly! I will say this product is pretty easy to use but it’s best to get some practice in, especially in a large open area so that you don’t crash as it is very fast. The RC truck is made very well, it looks good, made of quality material & it is very fast driving up to 30+ mph but is capable of reaching speeds up to 40+mph with 3S LiPo batteries upgrade (not included). The current price listed is well worth this awesome cool RC truck, you will have lots of fun driving/controlling it & the 2 batteries it comes with will last a good amount of drive time, up to 1 hour of continuous fun!

I'm very impressed actually surprised by this little car For a car this size it has A TON of quality features . When I saw the aluminum shocks I actually laughed out of surprise . Very nice ! A 4000kv brushless motor . This probably would've been fine brushed , but it's brushless . Splash-proof electronics . Again a nice touch for an RV this size . I love the tires . You may actually need to glue them because this thing moves I love this thing . The ONLY thing I'm not a big fan of is the body but no big deal that's the easiest thing to change on this car How does it run ? It moves . Like over-powered for it's size moves . This thing is really fast for it's size . And so far pretty durable and the led's make it look NICE I honestly can't believe you get all this in a hobby grade car at such a low price . You really can't beat it I'm slapping on another body and I'm good !
