Description

The DeepCool ASSASSIN 4S is a dual-tower, seven-heat pipe, single fan premium air cooler that offers efficient cooling in an elegantly designed shell. With the option to switch between Quiet and Performance modes, the ASSASSIN 4S is more sophisticated than your average cooler. Equipped with a specially designed 140mm center FDB PWM fan and a casing that channels air through the entire cooler, the quiet assassin has returned with a new aesthetic. Maximum RAM compatibility is ensured in large part by the 140mm fan being positioned in the center of the cooler.

Fits EliteDesk 800 SFF, cools i7-9700 like a champ
Style: AN600 LOW PROFILE
I am upgrading an HP EliteDesk 800 G5 SFF for a special work project and needed to upgrade the CPU. The included cooler was insufficient and I need something better that still fit. This cools the i7-9700 CPU selected extremely well and fits the case with zero issues. For a well cooled, low profile case this is a solid performer. It's also very quiet for how well it works ... show more

Easy to install

I am pleased with the remarkable quietness of the CPU cooler, even without activating its quiet mode. Opting for air cooling over water cooling was a deliberate decision, driven by my previous dissatisfaction with the latter on my previous PC. Dealing with water cooling proved to be cumbersome and prone to issues, leading me to value the simplicity and reliability of air-cooled systems. My resolve to prioritize air cooling is reinforced by the understanding that systems with fewer moving parts are generally less prone to repairs. ... show more

Efficient and silent
Style: AN600 LOW PROFILE
Great low-profile cooler for SFF builds! Runs cool and quiet. Deducted one star for minor damage on the a few fins out of the box. Otherwise a great product.

Bought this as a sidegrade to my Noctua NH-D14 because I wanted something that looked nicer. In that regard, this cooler does a good job looking sleek and fitting into my white build. This is cooling a Ryzen 5 3600 and it's more than enough for that. Installation is similar to my previous Noctua cooler (AKA very easy) and it cleared my low profile ram and the components on my ASRock B550M Steel Legend motherboard. I can't comment much on noise as I'm using a triple fan setup including 2 aftermarket fans. My only complaint is with the use of a gray fan in the back, which ruins the all white look. Otherwise, I'm happy with this cooler and would recommend it if you have the space in your case. ... show more
