I got it all working after much difficulty. Charge and install the car battery, and charge the watch. With car off, hold power on watch to turn it on, three lights will blink (indicating that is trying to pair to vehicle). Then (with watch hand level, or car wheels in air) turn car switch on, and it should pair quickly and default to mode one. Mode one, I named logical mode. Mode one is indicated by only one light, closest to watch's power button, lit up. Mode one operation is tilt hand left or right to turn, and forward and back for forward and reverse. Flipping hand transforms it's height. Short press the watch's power button to cycle the sound between five modes... Engine, music 1, music 2, music 3, and thank God MUTE lol The fingertip button cycles through the 3 operating modes. Mode 2, I named sideways mode. Mode 2 is indicated by the second light from the power button being lit. Tilting watch left or right will make the car go that direction sideways. Flipping hand transforms its height. Mode 3 is demo mode, aka panic, random, freak out, or disco mode... stand back. Tilting hand is unresponsive, but Flipping hand cycles through some preprogrammed dance routines which last 30 seconds or so before stopping movement and going into engine sound mode. OK, whew... so in order for me to get the regular controller to pair for the first time I had to pop the 2nd battery into the controller to start it pairing automatically, then turn car on.

Hi. First of all my son is really enjoying this car and all that it can do. After buying it I did notice many reviews of ppl saying the watch remote wouldn't work. I am not sure if you all tried pairing it with the car. My son pressed the power button on the watch while he was in a short distance from the car and it works. He did say it is a little hard with the finger remote and trying to figure out which way to move your finger to make it move certain ways. I hope it works for you. He is really enjoying using it. I hope this helps you all figure it out.
