This machine is not a substitute for real iron & workout machines but it is the perfect accessory. Ever since adding this to my workout routine of bike riding, curls, bench-pressing & push ups I've noticed much more definition in my arms & upper body. Not only is it a great accessory to my workout routine but on my blah days(you know those days where you really just don't feel like taking an hour to workout for whatever reason) this comes in great handy because even though you may not feel like doing a full hour workout ,it's nothing to do a few reps of these in a few minutes just to keep your tone & definition on point. And now the best part I've been using this for about 5 months & I myself along with others have noticed I've lost about 3 inches off my stomach. Of course i eat a lot healthier ( I've been eating healthier for about 3 years) but i'm almost sure this little magic machine has contributed to my reduction of stomach fat.

Pretty good for working out at home and certainly easy enough to use and a good choice if you only have 60 seconds for a quick workout. I originally bought it to get a quick work out at the office on breaks, but it makes me feel so stupid and embarrassed when i use it. Would much rather have someone see me hit myself in the crotch with a resistance band by mistake then using this thing appropriately. Might be my own self-image problem though.

Like a lot of people have said, this thing is powerful. But, after using it for about two weeks, I have visible muscle gain in my shoulders that is obvious. I am 64 years old and work out 4 times a week and my workouts are intense. This thing is a welcomed addition to my workout. If you are not strong, don't get this. But if you are, I think you will like it. I hope this helps.

Pretty good. The stiffness varies while you flex it in a way I don't like too much, but other than that it is fine. It has a wide range of settings, and can be set to a really stiff setting.

This is the perfect workout or physical therapy equipment I have used in a long time it’s easy to use it’s a great value and it is not heavy and it’s slim. I was in a very bad motorcycle accident had to be life stared to the hospital and I have three screws in my left elbow this exercise equipment is perfect for my physical therapy for my arms both arms were damaged right hand left hand and I’m slowly but surely getting back in shape building up muscle tissue again thanks to this equipment

I do 2 sets of 10 at power position 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and I do them honestly on 3 days a week. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I have stayed fit for many years, and I know only a fool would cheat at doing any exercise, because cheating will only hurt You, eventually. I also take creatine after each exercise and on the days off in the am. Nothing will build muscle the Smart Way faster than Creatine. David m. PS.
