I bought these pillow covers for these yellow pillows I bought from Walmart years ago. I have grown tired of the mustard yellow and wanted a much needed change so I ordered the Poseidon pillow cases and this blue is so rich, deep and beautiful. Upon arrival I washed them and the color is still vibrant. The material is soft and doesn’t seem to pill or have any fuzzies as of yet, and the size was perfect. The only issue was trying to fit the pillows into the casing as the opening was a little small but I was able to fold the pillow insert in half or crunch it inwards to put it in the case, but if you have really firm or plush pillows that might not be an option. Other than that though, these pillow covers are perfect and I will definitely be re-purchasing in another color sometime soon when I need a refresh in my space! ... show more

This is a nice pair of simple chenille throw pillow covers. The light aqua color is pretty. The chenille feels good, though it isn't especially heavy duty fabric. I docked a star because the hidden zipper on the side is very lightweight and does not feel up to either the fabric. Also, a very thick pillow does not fit inside the covers. My pillows at this size are very thick and these covers would not close over them. I believe this is an issue with my pillows being so thick, but definitely take this into consideration- you would need a pillow form that isn't too thick/chunky in these dimensions or these covers will not work.
