Beautiful bed for the money my only issue was that the packaging was very messy and i had to vacuum like 3 times but still five stars because it was super easy to put together and it looks really nice and it seems to be very sturdy.

This bed came very smartly packaged, and was so easy to assemble. If you've ever assembled IKEA furniture, this was definitely much easier to put together! I was looking for something more elegant looking than just a metal frame and this is a great option for the money! Would highly recommend!

I really like the bed. It was very easy to put together and it looks very nice. Came packaged in a small box so not too bulky. However I was missing the bracket on one of the parts and have contacted the company multiple times. I have yet to get any notification that the part has shipped or that they’re even going to send me the part. At this point I’m not sure if I have to find a box and repack the whole thing and return it or if they’re going to respond. But very disappointed to spend this kind of money and still have books stacked up under my bed. UPDATE: I finally contacted Amazon directly and after my insistance they were able to get a whole new bed sent so I could get the piece I need. And now I’m awaiting them to pick up the extra bed/pieces I didn’t need need... Very inconvenient but I’ve got a whole bed now. ... show more

Box was damaged (expected as I bought a used frame). The directions were very clear and not very challenging. The most difficult part of assembly was definitely Allen wrenching the frame around where the side feet connect to the siding. The angle that you have to use to tighten the screws are impossible and really compromise the stability of the bed overall. Was very hesitant in purchasing a bed on line without seeing in person. I was so impressed with the packaging and the workmanship of the slats/velcro. Put together in under 30 minutes. Very sturdy construction and very well made. Although there was a small tear on one of the side panels - the entire set up is awesome. It would have a five star if it were not for all of the allen head screws that were a pain to tighten with the little wrench they provided. Include a flexible T-handle wrench and this would be twice the product. If you are not mechanically inclined do not order this product because you will never get it put together. ... show more
