I was looking for some new blackout curtains and purchased these panels due to the high ratings. Unfortunately, I am underwhelmed by their performance as so called “blackout” curtains. A true blackout curtain blocks out light. These definitely do not. The first photo is with my blinds closed and the second is with them open. As you can see the light seeps through the fabric in both instances. They do the job a regular thick curtain would do. The company item description shows these curtains are made with a layer of black material in between other material. This is far from the truth. You can tell by the photos there is no layer of black material. The only reason I gave these curtains a 3 star is for their aesthetic appeal.

I updated this review. Bought 2 sets of these curtains for my living room, 1 set on each side. I have been looking for the perfect navy blue curtains to replace my decor theme, they’re so hard to find. So impressed with the quality and material of these curtains. As shown on my photos, I’m using them as decorative pieces than coverage since I have wood blinds. I steamed-ironed them to get the folded lines out. Material is so soft and has a silk like feel to it, quite elegant especially with that silver thread like oriental design. They fall naturally straight down, very easy to shape in more of a formal look. I’m rating these curtains 5 stars for its quality and material. I know going in that they’re not lined so I should not take away points for that. For future buyers, if these curtains would be used as the main coverage, the navy backing will be visible from the outside window and that would look tacky especially if your home exterior is on a neutral color scheme. Lined curtains would be more ideal. I think for the low price, it’s truly worth more than every penny. Funny that they were marketed as kids’ curtains.

I got these curtains when it was on Lightning Deal and they’re worth every penny. I have gotten this same exact brand in solid colors previously and really liked them, too. Those compared to these ones are more blackout curtains than these particular style. These I feel are a bit thinner compared to Deconovo’s solid color ones. I liked the subtle silver patterns on these and that they still have room darkening capabilities. I work nights and live in AZ where we get a lot of sun. For those complaining these curtains are see-thru and not total blackout curtains, they’re partially right. For them to actually do what they’re intended, make sure your blinds are shut or that you actually have blinds. This by itself is too thin to be a standalone blackout curtain. We have horizontal faux wood blinds and when shut, it darkens our room prettier good. I got this in 1 set of grayish white and 2 in navy. I like them a lot, they hang nicely and I may buy more in the future for the living room windows and glass sliding back door once our house is completely done being remodeled.

These curtains have both quality and beauty! I already have blinds in my bedroom and these curtains help to block out the lights that peek through in between the blinds. The fabric is thick but soft, and I absolutely love the silver strands. The cream color is the perfect backdrop for the bedroom and goes well with many different colors of decors.

These are so pretty!! I unfortunately purchased the wrong size, so I'll be returning and getting the right size, make sure you measure before buying. I thought I knew what size I needed but since the curtain rod hangs higher than I realized, I need longer ones, unfortunately I cannot move the actual rod to accommodate. But they are very pretty and block out light a significant amount! Much more than the dark curtains I actually had up and these are the lighter color curtains I bought! Can't wait to get the right size, I live how they look
