I purchased these curtains to cover a very bright office area of my bedroom. At night, my neighbor's flood lights tend to keep us awake, and these work very well. So well, in fact, that I had to wait until a super sunny day at noon to take pictures for this review. One curtain panel out of the seven sets I ordered has a small pinhole, the size of a pencil tip. I'm not worried about it, everything else is great. I love the coverage, the color is better than expected and unexpectedly consistent.

I’m pleased with the curtains. They effectively block out sunlight in the morning and the streetlights at night and look nice. The curtains aren’t exactly soft or velvety, but I’m prioritizing a mostly blacked-out room over something that looks luxurious. The material may feel a bit stiff because of the coating and the fact it is made of polyester, but after a couple of weeks, it isn’t really an issue. Based on the photo, I initially was concerned about that the champagne color would be too light, but it turned out well matching my khaki sofa and ottoman. I also was unsure about the grainy, reflective texture shown in the photo, but it isn’t too noticeable unless you’re up close. These curtains cover my ceiling to floor windows so the grommets and the edges do let some light in, but the curtains themselves are opaque and don’t allow light to pass through. There was a slight chemical smell when I first opened the package, but it dissipated after about a week. The curtains arrived wrinkled, but after hanging them up for a week, they relaxed a bit. Even though the wrinkles no longer bother me, I’ll probably iron them out at some point. Overall, they were just what I needed.

Thick fabric blocks the sun and hold up well. We had constant curtain issues with the window behind our adjustable bed (no fault of the curtains) but saw this brand carrying shorter sized curtains and gave them a try! Highly suggest for anybody looking for curtains that won’t get “eaten” by your adjustable bed!

The curtains appeared to me as more silky or taffeta in the picture however after receiving them the material is more velvety or microfiber if you will. They are heavy enough to accomplish keeping out drafts as well as blocking all light.
