I must say that of all the bike seats I have had, this one is really the most comfortable. I am 6'3" and weigh 260lbs and this seat just feels good to me! I don't get any numbness and it provides great support. I saw in another review that a customer found there was only one seat clamp instead of two. My seat definitely came with two clamps in the package, one standard one and one for stationary bikes. I have attached pictures of all the contents ... I found the seat to be plenty wide and supportive for my large frame. I saw that another person say that it might not have enough support on the sides, but I can tell you that for both my wife 5'3" and 130lbs and myself, this seat had plenty of support. The seat flexes a bit, but I like that a lot as it almost provides a suspension quality and absorbs any road bumps. The seat is 13" wide and it basically wraps around you and gives you a very secure and comfortable feel. I have tried the Cloud9 and Schwinn saddles and I personally think this seat is a more comfortable one. It really provides a lot of flex and has good support at the same time. It is super comfy! The Wing seat design seems to reduce overall pressure points and you don't get sore or numb on longer rides. I think this design is really unique in the market. The Wing seat also fits people of different size and shape really well. My wife finds this seat just as comfortable as I do. I would tell you to not be afraid to give this seat a try! I struggled for many years to find a really comfortable bike seat, but the X Wing New-Age Noseless Bike Seat is a true game changer. It really is the best seat I have found! ... show more

Excited to get it for my electric trike, put it on and took a few test rides. Immediately was disappointed. It just didn’t feel right like I thought it should. It wasn’t as big as I thought it looked in the pictures and I’m not that big of a man “5’7” 200 lbs. the first thing I noticed was I felt like I kept slipping forward as I peddled and I’m sure it was because of the lack of a nose. I made several adjustments tilting more back, more forward, level etc but just didn’t feel like I could get settled in. The other thing that I didn’t like was it seemed like it wobbled from sided to side which is what others mentioned. I will say the padding was good if I pushed myself back but shouldn’t have to do that That’s my experience and I sent it back disappointed ... show more

When I ordered this seat, I thought it might finally be the answer to my long search for the ultimate, comfortable bike seat for my aging, overweight male body.. It turned out to be a good seat, but far from excellent and definitely not the product I hoped it would be. I have now purchased and tested at least 10 different designs of bike seats, looking for one that is both padded enough to be comfortable for my "sit" bones and also relieved or cut away through the center so as not to put pressure on my perineum area. I previously concluded that only a split seat would do, but it thought that this seat had enough relief through the center to simulate a split seat. Unfortunately, it does not, and to make matters worse, the designer thought it would be a good idea to include raised ridges on either side of the center relieved area which completely defeats the purpose of the very shallow scooped out area. The elimination of the nose is a huge step in the right direction, and the one design feature that makes this seat better than most, and the generous padding definitely adds a comfort factor for my "sit" bones, but I think the only solution for my perineum discomfort would be a true two piece seat. I do plan to continue trying with this seat, but sadly, my search for the ultimate seat will go on. I gave this seat three stars for better than average padding, overall width and noseless design, but would not rate it any higher due to the flawed center scoop. ... show more

I tried 7 different style bike saddles to no avail..... when I saw this design I decided to give it a try since it was so unique. I LOVE it!!!! Now my search is over. I have zero pain or numbness after biking my usual 30 mile route. I am so thankful to finally have a saddle that is comfortable. All my biking friends have gotten the info on this saddle to purchase one for their wives. FYI: This review is for the BROWN saddle. I also ordered the Black Saddle and the material is different and the foam is firmer. The black saddle was not as comfortable as the Brown saddle so keep this in mind when you order based on the color. Was disappointed because I really wanted it in black. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So first off, it’s exactly as comfortable as I hoped it would be. I looked through ALLOT of seats before settling on this one, so good job X-Wing for making an unique product. It came with its own install tools and multiple mounting pieces. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the main plastic plate that is below it, it flexes WAY too much. I used a video of just me pushing it with my hand, it’s far worse if you sit on it, between the shocks on the seat and the flexible plate, it feels very “wishy-washy”. I got this for an electric bike, since I wanted something more comfortable to sit one since I would barely be peddling, you have to really stay centered on the seat because it flexes to much that it feels if you shifted your weight too much to keep me side it might break. I do love the overall feel of the seat and might take it apart and remake a steel plate to replace the plastic one, maybe an aftermarket part could really be helpful here?
