    • Just what we needed
We've had this little dishwasher a couple weeks now. My grandson and I put the hose on for the drain but it was very tight. I recommend either having super strong hands or using some sort of grip to put the clamp on. Same with the suction cup to stick it to your sink. This dishwasher was still too big to fit on my counter top so I had to put it on a roll around island. Now, it's on a smaller roll around metal cart. One issue with this is the cart is lower than the sink so the hose doesn't drain properly. Easy solution-I put the hose in a bucket for draining. Watch that the suction cup does its job! Once it came lose and got water on the floor. The dishwasher is much quieter than I expected so that's a big plus. The bottom spray arm rotates with the water pressure. The top spray arm doesn't move but has 4 jets that spray. I use a liquid dishwasher detergent and it takes very little. So far, I have had to re-wash 2 items that had stuck on food. Everything else has come out nice and clean. I love that it has a window-makes it easy to see if a dish gets accidentally turned over. I don't normally have place settings but a lot of plastic ware since our daughter in law does most of our cooking and sends it over. We generally have 2 very large coffee mugs in there and a glass or 2 and whatever else can fit. The silverware basket is very small but I've only had 1 time that I had to crowd the silverware in there. We didn't hook ours up to the sink faucet, I simply fill it using the pitcher that came with it. Be sure to plug in the dishwasher before filling so you will hear the beeps telling you the tank is full. I haven't tried the "fruit" setting yet. I have used the Dry setting, though, and I really like that! No drips when you take items out. Over all, I recommend this little dishwasher if you are single or a couple with an average amount of dishes to do daily. I would buy it again! ... show more

Have used the unit twice and both times have gotten an E1 alarm then the water would leak out of the bottom. Unit cleans good and is fairly quiet but the water leak and alarm is to much. Will be returning this dishwasher.

I bought this for my elderly parents and they love it doesn’t take up a lot of space the performance is amazing works just as good as a full size Dishwasher. It great for there counter top and senior living facility.

I love this dish washer it’s awesome does everything I wanted it to do what I didn’t like is the delivery to my house they must of thrown it around and ended up busting the side of it where the handles are didn’t expect to buy something for $250 to be broken and this isn’t the first item I have gotten in the past month that’s been broken… ... show more

    • Arrived not working properly.
Horrible experience! Electric cord had a short where it attached to the appliance. Of course, it’s full of water when I find out it’s broken. I tried to get all the water out before I reboxed it, but I promise you, it will not all come out. It’s also leaking from somewhere as there was a good amount of water under it when I moved it to drain. It’s a wonder I didn’t get electrocuted. It has to be returned in the original box. Understandable, but not easy to repack in the styrofoam that it came in. So, I get to the UPS store and they won’t take it because it’s leaking. So, I had to haul this 40 pound box back home to wait for it to dry out. Meanwhile, I can’t get my refund until they get the dishwasher back. ... show more
