Got it For the 04 Mazda b4000 and got me off the side of the road not exact with the plug pigtail but comes with one to splice in works great no issues with install nothing I'd say is a deal breaker or would inhibit its functionality I'm happy but it and try it if you need one it's cheap priced be carefully dismantling your sending unit itself if you haven't done it and aren't confident maybe this isn't the route for you . If you're putting this in a miata you're going to need to cut the wires on both the old pumps connectors and the new one. Be sure you have some crimps and crimpers to crimp the wires together. You'll see what I mean when you get there. Also, for the bottom rubber piece on the old pump, just toss it but keep the old strainer. None of the strainers that come with this go far enough into the fuel tank. Put the rubber sleeve that comes with this over the fuel pump, then put on the old strainer, and secure the strainer using one of the metal rings that comes with a new strainer. You will need to push pretty hard, maybe use a screw driver or two or a socket to push the ring on to secure the strainer. I secure the new pump to the assembly using a zip tie. The zip tie in combination with the clips that hold the hose to the pump and the hose to the upper output of the assembly will keep the fuel pump in place. For the price, its very fair for the work you have to figure out. I hope this makes things quicker for those buying this for their miata. The pump does work. ... show more

    • Pump is Great BUT....
This pump kit and accessories was listed to fit my Nissan truck. The pump fit but none of the accessories did like the fuel hose (too short) the wires, and the fuel filtering screens, wrong shape and size for a Nissan truck. Don't think it's a complete kit, you may need to buy additional parts like I did. The pump itself is working great so far. ... show more

I used this to replace the factory in-tank suction pump that recently failed. The OEM is $300, so using this with some slight modification was just the ticket. At less than the cost of lunch, it’s worth a shot. So far, so good.

Nice pump for price but did not get a year out of it .when my fuel gets to a quarter of a tank the pump starts not to work and my truck buck,s and loosening power acting like no gas but their is gas .so I put gas in it and it stop and start,s work fine again .I will not buy from this company again .I am lucky it was not way out on the road somewhere . ... show more

Had this now in my 2003 F-150 4x4 5.4L Triton and is working perfectly. I had to drop the fuel tank, install and it's been several months and it is working perfectly. The unit is not 'noisy' and does not 'hum' or sound like it is working overly hard. With the entire process done, I was not able to get my truck bed moved or off from above due to seized bed bolts so I just got under the truck took the scrape pan off, tank hoses, lines unplugged and lowered the tank with my shop jack onto 2 stacks of 2x4's and didn't even need to use more than a handful of tools/sockets. Take your time, make sure you get the book and double check everything especially during reassembly, forgetting something after its all bolted up. I didn't need a new tank seal either. The wires I cut off the factory pump's ends and crimped on standard Male/Female ones and zip tied it all up so they are now covered and not going to 'touch'. I chose the similar mesh screen shape pretty much all the same function just a matter of placement to each position of pump to bottom of tanks per each vehicle. ... show more
