My wife absolutely loves this bag. She's a former Army counterintelligence special agent so naturally she gravitates to this brand and its products. The design is just right for what she needs, and she knows that she can go active doing whatever is needed if a situation arises while she's out. She normally carries small purses so having a small sling bag was a natural choice. She doesn't even use half of the capacity most of the time. It's adjustable to fit any preference. Bought for: Springfield XD 45 w/ threaded barrel w/ Viridian X5L Overall thought: The four stars is because they should have designed it for big boy guns, everybody else can then fit inside that, easy to get around but extra effort will have to made to properly conceal the weapon. Personal Experience: Not great for a full sized pistol, mine sticks out the back and is very noticeable to anyone looking. The compression on the bottom of the bag messes with your attached light/laser. If there is anything in the main compartment then it will be pressed against your light. There is a body pad in the canvas so you don't feel your gun which is nice but the canvas on the other side is super thin and like I said whatever is in the bag will pressed against or banging around against the gun with a super thin barrier. I can't use it because it resets my light/laser to the first setting which is laser only and I WANT MY STROBE! So yeah no can do. Otherwise it is a decent bag, maybe a little overpriced in my opinion. Should be 2 in taller and the pistol compartment should be rigid hard foam. Update: so I found that you can stick an entire OWB holster in the back pocket so I'm using that to protect my gun and light and it makes drawing a little easier with the space it creates. Hench I bumped it back up to four when I found once you remove their holster, the space really opens up and with the right equipment, this can work. ... show more
