I really wanted to like this, but it didn't quite do it for me. Use case: daily carry with phone, a women's-sized wallet, keys, several pouches to keep small objects like lipgloss, lotion and so on contained, a small notebook, pencil case, etc. The pros: - I ended up loving the acorn color, though I was hesitant at first - Simple, clean look - Quality felt good The cons: - I really miss the keyring/tether from the totepack #2 ...A LOT - I kept on wanting it to be a little MORE - either an inch or two bigger, or one more pocket somewhere - it was just a little too tight for what I wanted to carry - The thin strap is less than ideal for a heavy load or a long carry - The primary color logo is super ugly with the "acorn" color - using the leather fox icon would have been a lot more attractive Summary: Looks cute. Fun for occasional excursions but not for heavy daily life.

I enjoy Fjallraven products, but sometimes I find them to be not the best functionality for the price. This was not the case with this bag. For the $60 price tag, it's good quality and very functional. Fabric is nice, the light-colored interior was well-planned, and it size is perfect. It's about the size of a large purse; I use it for work because it fits my Lenovo laptop (no special laptop compartment, I just set the computer inside and I feel that it is well enough protected). The bag hangs nicely and is not cumbersome. Others have mentioned that is can attract dust, lint, and fur. I ordered the yellow and while I can see that this might be an issue in the darker colors, the yellow color does not seem to have this problem. Anyway, it's nothing that a good old-fashioned sticky roller won't fix! The yellow color is true to the internet photos - kind of a dark golden amber. I added two patches to personalize it a bit. I sewed them on and did not iron them, because I had read that ironing patches onto Fjallraven sometimes results in melting the wax covering on the bags and the patches don't last very long.

Everything I own from Fjallraven is awesome and this bag is no exception. It is a little smaller than I had hoped, but it fits my mac and other small items. The bottom padding is sufficient. G1000 is great material, you can wax it if you want it more water resistant. Its very durable. Strap and handles are sturdy. I am happy with my purchase!
